Hollywood in Vienna 2009
Beim Filmmusik Gala-Konzert im Wiener Konzerthaus feiert Wien ihren Einfluß auf den Sound Hollywoods.
For the second time the sound of Hollywood was celebrated in Wiener Konzerthaus. Starring John Barry, Bruce Broughton, Nicholas Dodd, Jon Axelrod, David Arnold, Harald Kloser, Barbare Broccoli and more. While movie score favourites transported the audience to different places in the world, the young composer's award "Vienna Film Music Prize" drew attention to great Austrian talents. The second prize of this evening the "Max Steiner Lifetime Achievement Award" was presented to John Barry.
The show featured a grand scale screen with animated idents and scenes from the movies. DWTC Balgavy was responsible for the visual design of the show, advertising, website and program.
